When you purchase a template from our shop, you’ll receive a copy of the template in your Squarespace account within 24-48 (business) hours of purchase. While you wait for your template to arrive, we suggest getting your materials ready for your website build so you’re ready to hit the ground running!

If you’re doing the customization yourself, it depends on how much time you’re willing to spend on the project. We generally estimate that it will take about 2 weeks of working on it a little bit each day to customize your template following the videos we provide. If you get stuck at any point while customizing, your purchase comes with support from our team, so you can send us an email and we’ll be happy to help you out!

If you’re hiring us to reskin your template purchase with your branding and copy, the process takes about a week if you have all of the materials ready to hand off so we can get started right away.

Yes! The templates are fully customizable to your brand details, so you can convey your branding across your site. Our tutorials will walk you through customizing the site with your colors and fonts.

In addition to your website template or custom design, you’ll need to purchase:

• A Squarespace Core plan, which is billed either monthly or annually 

  • You will get 10% off your first annual subscription through our Squarespace Silver Circle membership

• The domain name you plan to use for your website (this can be done through Squarespace if you don’t already own one)

• Any custom fonts you’ll be using for your website (though many free fonts are available through Squarespace & Google fonts)

• Branding photography or headshots 

• Copywriting for the content of your website (if needed, this can be added on to your package with us, just let us know) if you’re not writing the copy yourself

• A Canva account to edit graphics (we suggest a paid plan for ease of use, but you can get away with a free plan)

Squarespace is designed to be intuitive to use and easy to learn. In our opinion, it’s the easiest website builder out there to get the hang of and feel confident using. Combined with the extensive Squarespace knowledge base and our detailed tutorials explaining the ins and outs of our templates, we’re confident that you’ll be able to build the website of your dreams, even if you’re not the most technologically savvy person out there. 

Yes! All of our templates are designed to be responsive on mobile devices. We can’t guarantee exactly  what they’ll look like on every screen size in the world, simply due to the variations in screen sizes out there, but your users should have a seamless experience whether they’re using your website on desktop or on their phone or tablet. 

As for SEO, we design our templates and custom websites according to SEO best practices and provide you with a checklist to follow before you launch your website so you can make sure you’re in good shape for search engines to find you once your site is live.

Yes, you’ll just need to make the pages yourself from the pages already in the template and customize them to the pages you need.

Yes! When you purchase a template, we offer email support to help you troubleshoot any issues that arise as you customize your website. 

If you’d like ongoing support after your template or custom website is complete, we offer an ongoing website support package, where we can handle maintaining and updating your website for you.

We often use custom CSS to supplement many of our templates and custom websites, which helps us add features that make your website stand out from other Squarespace templates. When there is coding involved in your website, it will often be in such a way that it doesn’t require you to do anything on your end when updating and maintaining your website. On the rare occasion that you will need to use a snippet of code, we will provide detailed instructions for you, or you can submit a support ticket and we will take care of it for you. 

Templates are purchased up front in our shop. After you purchase your template, you’ll receive your copy within 24 to 48 (business) hours. Immediately after purchase, you’ll get access to the guide and the tutorial videos so you can begin gathering your materials.

Due to the digital nature of the products, we do not offer refunds on our templates or custom websites. We do offer support included with your purchase, as well as ongoing website maintenance packages, so for any questions send us an email.

It’s a cost effective solution for small business owners who already have lots of bills to worry about, and is built with responsiveness and SEO in mind. And not only are squarespace sites nice to look at, but they're easy to maintain. not only is their knowledge base vast, but developers like us also provide easy to follow videos on exactly how to update your website so that you can feel empowered to make changes whenever you need to.

When you purchase our template, you will automatically receive a purchase guide which includes:

• anatomy of your “home page”

• your template site map

• website content checklists

• links to your set up & install tutorial

• links to your template video tutorial library

and within 24-48 you will receive an email invitation to your Squarespace template. The template takes 24-48 hours because we need to manually duplicate it, make sure all the code is working properly, and share it with you via email invitation; there is no automatic download option for template skins. If you do not receive your template within 48 hours, please reach out via the contact form on our site and we will get back ASAP!
